The Timbers at Chama no longer accepts individual room reservations.

The three lodging facilities of the Timbers are available separately or as a group by the night, week or longer. Minimum stays may be required seasonally. The entire resort may be reserved for the utmost in privacy.

Rates start at just $295 per night for the Guest House, $395 per night for the Hacienda and $1,250 per night for the Timbers Main Lodge. Rates may vary by season and length of stay. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to visit.
